Su started her career in Architecture, studying in America and at the prestigious Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London in the UK. Su has worked in architectural practices, working on a range of commercial and residential projects. Since 2008, she has specialised working in museum and exhibition design. She has has over 16 years of experience in the European and international cultural and heritage sectors, working with clients such as National Museum of Scotland, the Olympic Museum in Switzerland and the Hong Kong Museum of History. 
In 2023, She started Su Koh Design, a creative studio focusing  on  museum, exhibition and interior design.  Recent clients include the British Library, Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Museum, Science Museum, Royal Museums Greenwich and Canada House. 
Su's design for the British Library's major exhibition 'Medieval Women: In Their Own Words' received 5 star reviews from both the Guardian and the Telegraph. 
Her strong conceptual design skills mixed with a keen eye for detail, materials and colours has created award winning projects, including the Museums and Heritage 2017 Awards for best permanent gallery.
